Shipping companies charge fees for high cost service areas
There are some high cost service areas, where the shipping companies charge us high fees for freight deliveries. This is especially true for Manhattan, where the charges can be really high, and we are not able to include those in the free shipping.
Why are these fees being charged?
The custom range hood you've ordered is oversized item so the final leg of your item will be only delivered by a big truck freight carrier.
Big trucks are not practical in Manhattan. The shipping companies need to change the shipments to smaller vehicles, and that increases the logistical complexity. That in turn increases the shipping price.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
